Flights - Do I need to get a return flight?
No, You can book a one way flight and then when it is time to leave you can book a flight really cheap from the travel agents in Malia or you can get the ferry to Athens and fly even cheaper from there. What a lot of people do is get the ferry to one of the other islands for a bit of a holiday before returning home.
