Is it safe to walk alone in Malia
You would never do it at home, so don't do it in Greece, remember the streets are darker and you will not know your way around, if you are in a group and one of you wants to go back to the hotel, make sure at least 2 of you take her/him - then come back out.
If you don’t' ask for trouble or put yourself in danger - the chances are you wont' find any.
Always make sure you friends know exactly where you are and who you are with.
Don't go off alone, look after each other.
Don't accept lifts of strangers or talk to people you don't know
