Danny Topflyte - 4X4/2Step/grime/Bassline producer/DJ from Norwich.Been producing for a couple of years - not long so im still on the long twisting learning curve of musical life!Started out as a DJ about 8 years ago playing uk garage,back when 2step was more than appreiciated.Throughout my DJing career ive played alongside most of the big playa'z in the scene and at many venues including the millenium dome/02 arena and for Pure Temptation/Big Summer Reunion!!So DJing wise ive done what ive always wanted to do really and thats play in clubs & on radio with artists already respected within the scene..also ive spent 3 years out in Malia(everyone who knows Malia knows about banana club 06/07/08!!!!)My next musical-mission is to get my producing well under way...my first production was a remix of Mark Ryder's ''Joy''.The mix was unofficial,but it got a 12'' release and was also played on BBC 1XTRA.I have to show massive respect to Mark Ryder whilst im on the subject coz it could have all gone wrong for me right from there but luckily Ryder's one of the very few good people iv come across in the scene and an understanding guy too - long story but respect to him.Since then i have worked on a few remixes for artists and some original bits too,but dont wanna push myself too far out there until ive created a paticular piece of magic!Also when i need to get something off my chest im known to make the odd grime tune- out to reckle$$ mc...ur big!(be sure to check out 'backstabbers')forthcoming projects are already underway as u read this and am hoping to create my own label in the new year!(Shouts to all Norwich UKG producers!)Respect to everyone thats helped me & supported me over the years = Jo,Markee,Dan Harry,Alex Marvelli,Beenie,Mystic Matt,Rampant Richy J,DJ Reckless,Icky,Lex,Leon,Wrighty MC,Pete,Lee,Stu-e,Tag Team,Shane(MC Reckle$$),Stef(Fan Fin-s),Billy,Cody,Marvel(subjam),Riddlez and the fruit-cake Frosty-T!
